The ERWEKA RoboDis II with HPLC Analysis is the fully automated solution for 100% USP/EP/JP compliant dissolution testing with HPLC online analysis.

The HPLC analysis starts as soon as a sample is filled into the HPLC valve of the sampler and a trigger signal is sent by the Disso.NET to the HPLC device. The analysis as well as the evaluation are done by the analysis software of the corresponding HPLC manufacturer on a separate PC. As the analysis times of the samples are defined beforehand via the Disso.NET software, the sampler steadily passes the samples to the HPLC device (even after the termination of the release). Consequently, the dissolution test with HPLC analysis can be performed automatically without an operator (e. g. also at night). After the HPLC analysis, the results are displayed on a separate PC.

The ERWEKA Dissolution HPLC On-/Offline System is the semi-automatic solution for 100% USP/EP/JP compliant dissolution testing with HPLC online analysis. Up to 5 of 8 dissolution steps can be automated by combining one of our highly qualified DT 720 series dissolution testers with devices for CTC sampling and online HPLC chromatography. The entire system is controlled by our Disso.NET software.

The ERWEKA TBH 425 is a tablet hardness and combination tester for half-automatic measuring of up to 10 samples. The samples are inserted in a star-shaped feeder and then automatically transported to the test station. Depending on the device model, automatic measurement can be taken for tablet hardness and thickness (optional), diameter or length (for oblongs) of round or odd-shaped samples.

The 3D Mixer is a powerful mixer for mixing of different materials, such as powders and fluids. The mixer rotates after the principal of an oloid (by Paul Schatz).

Due to it’s innovative holding-mechanism, the mixer can hold different sized containers (diameter of up to 120 mm and a height of 230 mm). The mixers’ housing is made of steel und high quality plastics. The transparent cover is conncted to the saftey switch an ensures no harm can be done while the mixer is running.

The speed can be easily adjusted by the main drive unit AR 403. The transmission is built into the 3D Mixer and allows up to 30 RPMs.
