In this tutorial, we demonstrate how to build a classification model with Raman spectral data. We will import the spectra into the BWIQ software, define the class for each sample, classify the spectra using a Principal Component Analysis-Mahalanobis Distance algorithm, and finally use the model to classify new samples.
