Temperature is the most important parameter in a digestion process, as it controls the reaction and determines digestion quality. Milestone’s easyTEMP contactless sensor directly controls the temperature of all samples, providing accurate temperature feedback to ensure both the complete digestion in all vessels and high safety, enhancing the overall ease of use. Previous sensor technologies, such as infrared and in-situ temperature sensors, are limited either due to their
precision or to the capability to control multiple vessels.
The easyTEMP technology combines the fast and accurate reading of an in-situ temperature sensor with the flexibility of an infrared sensor, which along with the ETHOS UP software provides digestion
traceability and temperature measurement for every sample. The temperature diagram and profiles are displayed in real-time, and then saved on the ETHOS UP terminal.
